Sigma Brushes

If you are looking for some really good brushes, I would recommend Sigma brushes!!!! If you are a beginner, I would get the Sigma Travel Kit. These were the first brushes i purchased and it had all the necessary brushes for a beginner and a extra bonus was that i could travel with it! The packaging is stylish and the holder that it comes with is leather so it will last for a long period of time and the actual brushes are super soft. They are really easy to clean and look brand new every time! - Tiara.B xox

1. First apply a base coat, I used Sally Hansen Salon Manicure Base Coat.
2. Then paint nails a solid white, I used Sally Hansens Hard as Nails in the colour White On.
3. Once dry apply sticky tape around fingers so it saves cleaning time for the ombre effect we will do later. (Optional)
4. After you tape all your fingers use a sponge, I used a makeup sponge and cut it to the size of my nail.
5. On half of the sponge paint on a bright pink, I used Australis Bombshell and the other half was a bright yellow by Sugar Baby Whatever.
6. Then sponge it onto your nails until they are blended, and then add a top coat I used Sally Hansens Salon Manicure Top Coat to blend the colours together.
7.When they are dry take off the tape and clean up any mess on your fingers with nail polish remover.
8. Once it is completely dry I used the Sally Hansen Nail Art Pen in Black to draw on the palm trees.
9. Lastly I waited for it to completely dry and then added another layer of the top coat to finish it off.

Celebrity Beauty: Kate Middleton

Well since all the fuss is about the new Royal Family, I thought why not base my next post on the gorgeous Kate Middleton! Her look is very natural and her eyes are very smokey and smudged out with eyeliner. She has lovely peachy cheeks that give off the pretty flush and pink nude lips to match or just some gloss to enhance her natural lip colour. Kate's look is very sophisticated and simple, and is perfect if you like the "no makeup, makeup look." Its a great everyday look, and I recommend it to people who are in a rush in the morning and don't have enough time because it's a quick easy look to do, and it still makes you look beautiful! I mean, look at Kate? -Tiara.B xox

Cat Eye & Red Lips

For a glamorous look suited for every occasion, this makeup will certainly make you look like a star!!! I mean who doesn't love a cat eye and bold red lips to match? To see a tutorial click here. Some tips for creating a perfect cat eye is using a gel eyeliner, and I like to use a E05- Eyeliner brush from Sigma & a E65- Small Angle brush also from Sigma. I would also put on a lip liner before putting on a red lipstick as that will just bring the look together and use concealer just to clean up the edges and prevent the lipstick from bleeding. Don't forget the lashes!- Tiara.B xox

Hot Chocolate

Who doesn't like a good home made hot chocolate? YUM!!!!!! Here's a recipe that is absoulutly delicious and I make this for my family all the time in the winter months. This is a great way to warm yourself up, and I hope you enjoy! - Tiara.B xox

Doc Martens- New discovery

As winter is here in NZ, it's time to snuggle up and get comfy. Most of the time I'm living in my trackies and a jumper much to big for me! But when its time to go out I'm looking through my wardrobe for something decent to wear that wont freeze my legs off. It's hard enough to find a cute outfit, let alone shoes to match! But my friend luckily introduced me to a pair of shoes I didn't even know existed! It's the famous "Doc Martens", yes I live under a rock but they look amazing and are super adorable to style your clothes with! - Tiara.B xox

Here are some pictures that I thought made then look absolutely stunning
