Cat Eye & Red Lips

Some tips for creating a perfect cat eye is using a gel eyeliner, and I like to use a E05- Eyeliner brush from Sigma & a E65- Small Angle brush also from Sigma. I would also put on a lip liner before putting on a red lipstick as that will just bring the look together and use concealer just to clean up the edges and prevent the lipstick from bleeding.
